标准化伤口护理程序在慢性伤口护理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨标准化伤口护理程序在慢性伤口护理中的实施效果。方法选取2019年1月—11月在伤口护理中心就诊的慢性伤口患者151例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=75),对照组实施常规伤口护理方案,观察组实施标准化伤口护理程序。比较2组伤口愈合时间和患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组外伤性溃疡、术后切口延迟愈合、压力性损伤患者的伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性伤口采用标准化护理程序能有效缩短慢性伤口护理过程,提高患者满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of standardized wound-care procedure for patients with chronic wounds.Methods Totally 151 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into the control group(n=76)and the observation group(n=75).The control group received routine wound-care management,and the observation group received standardized wound-care procedure.The wound-healing time and patients'degree of satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The wound-healing time of patients with traumatic ulcer,delayed closure on postoperative wound and pressure injuries in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized wound-care procedure can effectively improve the quality of chronic wound care,shorten the wound-healing time and improve patients'degree of satisfaction.
