五味沙棘散止咳祛痰平喘作用的实验研究

目的观察五味沙棘散的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法采用小鼠二氧化硫引咳法和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法观察五味沙棘散止咳作用;用小鼠酚红排泌法和大鼠毛细玻管排痰法观察五味沙棘散祛痰作用;用组胺和氯化乙酰胆碱混合液诱导的豚鼠哮喘实验观察五味沙棘散平喘作用。结果五味沙棘散能显著减少二氧化硫致小鼠咳嗽次数,显著减少枸橼酸喷雾致豚鼠的咳嗽次数,延长咳嗽潜伏期,能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌和增加大鼠玻管的排痰量,对组胺和氯化乙酰胆碱混合液引起的豚鼠哮喘具有抑制作用。结论五味沙棘散具有明显止咳、化痰和平喘作用。

Experimental studies on antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of Wuwei Shaji pulvis

Objective It is to observe the antitussive,expectorant and antiashmatic actions of Wuwei Shaji pulvis.Methods The cough models induced by sulfur dioxide in mice and citric acid in guinea pigs were used to observe the antitussive effects.The methods of phenol red excretion in mice and phlegm displacement of rats were used to investigate the expectorant effects.Bronchial asthma model induced by histamine-acetylcholine in guinea pigs was used to observe the antiasthmatic effects.Results The Wuwei Shaji pulvis could obviously decrease the frequency of cough induced by sulfur dioxide in mice and by citric acid in guinea pigs and prolong the latent period of cough.It could obviously increase phenol red output of trachea in mice,promote expectoration in rats,inhibit the asthma induced by histamine-acetylcholine in guinea pigs.Conclusion The Wuwei Shaji pulvis has significant effects of antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic.
