| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方倍他米松(得宝松)联合抗病毒药治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法:59例患者被随机分为两组。应用得宝松为A组,不用得宝松为B组。两组除应用得宝松外其他治疗相同。结果:A、B两组在皮损消退天数、疼痛缓解及消失时间、后遗神经痛发生率等方面,除皮损消退天数外,其他差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:得宝松在缓解带状疱疹神经痛方面作用明显,可早期应用于无激素禁忌症患者,以降低后遗神经痛的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of diprospan combined with antiviral drug in the treatment of herpes zoster.Method All the 59 patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups:Group A(1 ml disprospan injection and acyclovir 0.5 g ivgtt with topical treatment) and group B(acyclovir 0.5 g ivgtt with topical treatment).Results The course of skin damage,the time for pain fedeaway and the incidence of PHN were compared between the two groups.There was significant difference between the two groups except the course of skin damage.Conclusion Diprospan is effective for herpes zoster neuralgin.It is applicable for patients without the contraindication of corticosteroid to relieve PHN. |
