摘    要:ras-丝裂原活化蛋白质激酶通路细胞信号转导网调节细胞的分化、细胞骨架的构建、蛋白质的转运等许多生理过程.近年来在肿瘤治疗中得到了进一步的重视与应用,很多临床研究将重点放在其抑制制剂通路上,如Raf激酶抑制剂、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)激酶(MEK)抑制剂、Src激酶抑制剂通路等.

Abstract:The ras-mitogen activeted protein kinase pathway is responsible for regulation of many cel-lular processes, including differentiation, cytoskeletal organization, and protein trafficking. Much attention has been paid to them and their role in cancer therapy recently, and its inhibitor pathways are applied to clinical tes-ting, such as, Raf kinse inhibitors, MEK inhibitor, Src kinase inhibitor.
