卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声介入治疗优势浅析

目的探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声介入治疗优势。方法选择确诊为卵巢巧克力囊肿,临床药物治疗三个月以上无效患者57例,经腹或阴道进行超声引导穿刺,注入无水乙醇冲洗并保留少许,观察三个月,半年,一年的治愈率及复发率。结果半年内卵巢巧克力囊肿消失55例,缩小50%以上者2例,一年内囊肿均消失,未见复发。结论卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声介入治疗是一种安全、有效、经济、简便、微创的治疗新方法,值得临床广泛应用。
