增液汤合小承气汤加减二阶段法治疗小儿顽固性便秘30例

目的]观察增液汤合小承气汤加减二阶段法治疗小儿顽固性便秘的临床疗效。方法]将选自浙江省中医院儿科2011年11月至2012年3月门诊30例顽固性便秘患儿,采用二阶段法予口服中药治疗,第1阶段采用小承气合增液汤加减,第2阶段为前方减大黄治疗,治疗1～2个疗程后观察临床疗效并停药后随访1个月。结果]本组30例,临床痊愈40.00%,总有效率100%,随访后复发率6.67%。结论]增液汤合小承气汤加减二阶段法治疗小儿顽固性便秘疗效可靠且短期作用持续。

2-stage Method Treat Children Refractory Constipation 30 Cases

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Zengye Decoction and resvised small Chengqi Decoction 2-stage method on children refractory constipation. Method] Select 30 cases, take 2-stage method oral-taking TCM; at first stage, take Small Chengqi Decoction and revised Zengye Decoction; at second stage, revising rhubarb of the original formulae; then observe the clinical effects after 1-2 courses, and follow up for lm. Result] 40.0% were clinically cured,with total effective rate 100%,and the follow-up recurrence rate was 6.7%. Conclusion] The method above has reliable cure effect on children refractory constipation, with sustainable short function.
