| 摘 要： | 目的:观察杜仲叶的降血糖作用.方法:通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制造小鼠的糖尿病模型,研究杜仲叶灌胃给药对正常动物和模型动物血糖的影响.结果:杜仲叶能拮抗STZ诱导的小鼠高血糖,明显降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖.结论:杜仲叶对糖尿病小鼠显示出良好的治疗作用,具有较好开发前景. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the hypoglycemic effect of Folium Eucommiae.Methods：The model of hyperglycemia mice was established by injecting streptozotocin（STZ） intraperitoneally.The effect of Folium Eucommiae on the blood sugar was studied through hyperglycemia mice and normal animals.Results：Folium Eucommiae could antagonize the STZ-reducing mice hyperglycemia and significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose level of diabetic mice,but showed little effect on normal animals.Conclusion：Folium Eucommiae exhibits a good therapeutic effect on diabetic mice and has a good development prospect. |
