摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定红杏止咳合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1.5%冰醋酸(45∶55),检测波长274 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温40℃。结果黄芩苷在0.061 0~2.440μg(r=1.000)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.34%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于红杏止咳合剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Hongxing Cough Mixture. Methods Shimpack VP- ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used;The mobile phase was methanol- 15% glacial acetic acid(47: 55) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL .min^-1 ; The detection wavelength was 274 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0. 061 0 - 2. 440 μg I r = 1. 000 ). The average recovery was 99.34% , RSD = 1.5 % ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Hongxing Cough Mixture.
