| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定宣清止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH至2.5)-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为210 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量在9.82～98.2μg.mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论本方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于宣清止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydroehloride in Xuanqing Zhike Syrup. Methods ODS column was used with 0.01 tool. L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate - methanol （ 90：10 ） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min^-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 9.82 -98.2 μg .mL^-1 （r =0.999 7） ,the average recovery was 97.88% and the RSD was 1.09% （n =6）. Conclusion The method was accurate, reliable and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xuanqing Zhike Syrup. |
