| Abstract: | Gemcitabine,which has wide anti -tumor spectrum and little side -effects, is widely used in the treatment of solid tumors, especially pancreatic cancer and non - small cell lung cancer. The synthesis routes of gemcitabine were miscellaneous. Therefore, it was necessary to analyze the synthetic routes for its convenient consulting and further optimization. |
