| 摘 要： | 目的观察无水乙醇局部注射治疗结核性慢性脓胸的疗效。方法收治结核性慢性脓胸患者120例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组采用5%碳酸氢钠冲洗脓腔,治疗组采用脓腔内注射无水乙醇治疗。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、71.7%,比较有统计学差异(P0.05);治疗组症状缓解时间及脓腔闭合时间均较对照组缩短(P0.05),治疗后治疗组胸膜厚度较对照组变薄(P0.05)。结论胸腔内注射无水乙醇治疗结核性慢性脓胸疗效优于应用碳酸氢钠。 |

Anhydrous ethanol injection in the treatment of chronic tuberculous pyothorax |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of anhydrous ethanol injection in the treatment of chronic tu-berculous pyothorax. Methods 120 patients with chronic tuberculous pyothorax were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (60 cases) was injected with 5% sodium bicarbonate into pus cavity, and the treatment group was treated with anhydrous ethanol. Results The total effective rate was 93. 3% and 71. 7% respectively in the treatment group and the control group (P<0. 05). The symptom remission time and the pus cavity closure time were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . The pleural thickness was thinner in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of anhydrous ethanol injec-tion is better than sodium bicarbonate injection in the treatment of chronic tuberculous pyothorax. |
