摘 要: | 目的对比分析新生儿细菌和病毒感染T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子水平变化。方法选取35例新生儿细菌性肺炎患儿作为细菌组,31例新生儿轮状病毒感染患儿作为病毒组,30例完全健康的新生儿作为对照组,对比分析三组新生儿T淋巴细胞亚群及主要细胞因子水平的变化差异。结果三组新生儿CD3~+、CD4~+CD8~+、CD4~+水平对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05);细菌组和病毒组患儿CD3~+、CD4~+CD8~+、CD4~+水平均低于对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05);细菌组患儿IL-4、IL-6水平均高于病毒组和对照组,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论新生儿细菌和病毒感染后,细胞免疫功能受到不同程度影响;细菌感染IL-4、IL-6水平表达增加,病毒感染表达不明显。

Analysis of neonatal bacterial pneumonia and rotavirus infection in T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines chan-ges |

Abstract: | Objective To comparative analyze the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and cytokine levels in neonatal bacterial pneumonia and rotavirus infection. Methods 35 cases of neonatal bacterial pneumonia were se-lected as the bacteria group, 31 cases of neonatal rotavirus infection as the virus group, and 30 cases of neonatal com-pletely healthy as the control group. The neonatal changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the main cell factor level were compared among the 3 groups. Results There were significant differences in the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +CD8 +, CD4 + among the 3 groups (P<0. 05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +CD8 +, and CD4 + were significantly lower in the bacterial group and the virus group than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-4 were the highest in the bacteria group, followed by the virus group and the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The cellu-lar immunity of neonatal with bacterial and viral infections decreases to a certain degree. The levels of IL-4 and IL-6 increase more significantly in the bacteria group than in the virus group. |
