| 摘 要： | 目的:评价奥曲肽对肝硬化上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:将肝硬化上消化道出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用奥曲肽;对照组在常规治疗基础上加用垂体后叶素。结果:治疗组的总止血率优于对照组。结论:奥曲肽对肝硬化上消化道出血有较好疗效,可作为肝硬化上消化道出血的有效治疗措施之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To access the clinical offect of octreotide acetate in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis. Methods:60 patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,There were 30 cases in treatment group which were treated with common drugs and octreotide acetate and 30 cases in control group were treated with common drugs and pituitrin.Results:The total hemostasis effective rate in treatment group was markedly superior to that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Octreotide acetate has a better effect for hemorrhage of upper digestive traet in liver cirrhosis and may be regarded as one of treatment for hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis. |
