| 摘 要： | 治疗颅底骨折合并脑脊液耳鼻漏 ２６ 例,在临床诊断上 Ｃ Ｔ 具有特异性的定位诊断价值。治疗应以保守为主,多数患者可获满意疗效。手术对严重硬脑膜撕裂和迟发性脑脊液漏患者是可靠且有效的治疗方法之一。成功的关键是诊断定位准确,治疗及时,术式正确。

| Abstract: | Twenty six cases with basicranial fracture combined with cerebrospinal rhinorrhea and otorrhea were treated.The results showed that CT was of value in specific level diagnosis,and that conservation treatment should be put first,and surgery was one of the reliable and effective methods for severe dural laceration and delayed leakage of cerebrospinal.This indicate that diagnosing correctly,treating promptly and performing operation exactly are the keys to success. |
