莆田市结核病控制项目实施效果

目的分析莆田市实施世行贷款／英国赠款中国结核病控制项目3年效果，为项目在莆田的可持续发展提供成功模式。方法收集并分析2002～2004项目报表及有关资料。结果项目在莆田实施3年来，登记活动性病人5704例，涂阳肺结核3270例，其中初治涂阳2442例，复治涂阳828例，涂阳病人新登记率36．12／10万，1年治疗转归率为90．6％。结论项目实施效果明显，达到高发现率和高治愈率的目标。

Analaysis of results of tuberculosis control project supported with World Bank Loan and British donation implemented for three years in Putian City.

Objective To analyze the effects of World Bank loan and England TB Control Project donation in Putian City since the project was put into action three years ago and provide a model for sustainable development in Putian. Methods The project report during 2002 to 2004 and some other relevant materials were collected and analyzed. Results Over the past three years 5 704 tuberculosis patients had been examined, among of them 3 270 were smear-positives. The 2 442 cases were new smear-positives and 828 were retreated smear-positives. The average new register rate of newly smear-positive tuberculosis reached 36.12 per huandred thousand. The cure rate of smear-positive cases reached 90.6%. Conclusion Remarkable results have been achieved in tuberculosis control project in Putian. The target of high discovery and curing rate had been reached.
