| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微晶磨面联合氨甲环酸药物治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为两组,每组48例。治疗组采用微晶磨面联合氨甲环酸药物治疗,对照组采用单一氨甲环酸药物治疗。结果：随访6个月,治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组71.43%,两组经统计学比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：微晶磨面联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑临床疗效明显优于单用氨甲环酸。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficenlyof using micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid intreating chloasma. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Each qroup had 48 cascs,experimentd group were treated with micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid; control group were only treated with tranexamic acid. Results They were all followed up for 6 months. The total effective rate was 86.67% in experimentd group, and 71.43% in control group. The difference of two gronos after stafistics was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of using micro-dermabration combined with tranexamic acid in treating chloasma was obvions better than using tranexamic acid . |
