硫酸镁湿热敷法对下肢骨折术前肿胀的疗效观察

目的 探讨硫酸镁湿热敷法对下肢骨折肿胀的疗效。方法 将2010年7月～2012年5月高能量胫腓骨骨折患者80例,按单、双日随机分为两组,对照组40例,入院后予常规跟骨牵引的同时予以冰袋冷敷；试验组40例,入院后常规跟骨牵引的同时予以冰袋冷敷48h,48h后改用50%硫酸镁湿热敷。分别在干预前、干预4d后对同一患者在患肢肿胀消退、疼痛程度及肿胀肢体周径恢复方面进行对比。结果 试验组在患肢肿胀消退时间、疼痛程度及肿胀肢体周径恢复方面明显优于对照组( P﹤0.05 )。结论 硫酸镁湿热敷治疗下肢骨折术前肿胀有一定疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate on preoperative swelling of lower limb fracture

Objective To explore the effect of hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate on preoperative swelling of lower limb fracture. Method From July 2010 to May 2012, 80 patients with tibiofibular fracture due to high energy trauma were treated in our hospital. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups. In control group, the patients were treated by skeletal traction and cryotherapy. In experimental group, after skeletal traction and cyrotherapy for 48h, the injured limbs were treated by hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate (50%). The swelling, pain and limb circumference of the injured limb in the two groups were compared before and 4 days after, respectively. Result The swelling release, pain and limb circumference of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate has positive effect for patients with lower limb fracture preoperatively, and has a potential application in clinic.
