摘    要:目的探究疏风解毒胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染的配伍合理性。方法实验采用网络药理学的方法,对疏风解毒胶囊中清热解毒组、解表组和甘草组的32个化合物的作用靶点和通路进行预测和筛选,通过数据整合分析,剖析该方的作用特点及配伍规律。结果 32个化合物可作用于94个相关靶点和34条相关通路,主要涉及炎症反应、细菌脂多糖反应、免疫反应等相关过程。3组既有共同的作用靶点群及通路群,又各有偏重,协同发挥治疗作用。结论清热解毒组通过干预炎症反应、细菌脂多糖反应、防御反应和免疫反应等相关过程发挥治疗作用;解表组除可与清热解毒组协同发挥药效外,亦可通过多途径作用于发汗解热过程;甘草组从抗炎、增强机体免疫等方面起到辅助治疗作用,体现了疏风解毒胶囊的配伍合理性。
