平衡仪训练对踝关节骨折术后本体感觉的康复疗效

目的 探讨平衡仪训练对踝关节骨折术后患者平衡功能的疗效。方法 选择踝关节骨折术后患者40例,随机分为2组,对照组20例给予常规康复训练,治疗组20例术后在常规康复训练基础上应用平衡仪进行本体感觉及平衡功能训练。治疗4周后,采用平衡仪评估系统收集到的稳定系数,ATE(Average Track Error)以及Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统判断疗效。结果 治疗4周后,两组患者的稳定系数,ATE以及Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 平衡仪训练在踝关节骨折术后本体感觉功能康复中有较好的治疗作用。

The effect of balance apparatus training on proprioception function of patients following ankle fractures surgical operation.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the balance training on the balance function of patients after ankle fractures.Methods 40 patients undergone ankle fractures surgical operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group and the treatment group, each group of 20 patients. Patients in control group received routinely rehabilitation training,while those in treatment were given additional balance training based on routine rehabilitation.After 4 weeks of treatments, scores of Baird-Jackson,stability coefficient,and ATE adopted within the evaluating systems were collected and compared. Results After four weeks of treatment, the two groups had statistically significant differences in stability, ATE, and the ankle scoring system of baird-jackson (P < 0.05). Conclusion Balance apparatus training strategy following ankle structure surgical operation can obviously improve the proprioperception function.
