摘    要:通过综述熟地黄的化学成分、活性成分药理作用、炮制研究,阐释熟地黄的药效物质基础,从整体的角度探究不同炮制程度熟地黄的全面质-效评价,以期揭示熟地黄炮制的科学内涵,为熟地黄的质-效评价和炮制终点的确定提供新的思路。

Abstract:The chemical constituents, pharmacological action of active components, and processing of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata were reviewed in this study to explain its pharmacodynamic material basis and explore the quality and efficacy evaluation of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata with different processing degrees from the view of the whole. This paper is expected to reveal the scientific connotation of processing, providing new research ideas for the quality and efficacy evaluation and the determination of the possessing end-point of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata.
