摘    要:
目的构建疏风解毒胶囊抗炎作用谱效关系网络模型,探究其发挥抗炎作用的潜在物质基础。方法在建立疏风解毒胶囊不同配比样品指纹图谱分析方法的基础上,采用均匀设计法对疏风解毒胶囊中8味中材随机采样得到不同配比组,测定各配比样品对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的RAW264. 7细胞释放肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)的抑制率,将中效信息与各样品MS指纹图谱化学信息用BP人工神经网络分析得出各色谱峰对抗炎活性的影响程度,建立谱效关系。结果通过建立的最佳神经网络模型,计算得到14个特征峰与疏风解毒胶囊抗炎活性显著相关。结论通过谱效研究,推测疏风解毒胶囊发挥抗炎作用的中效物质基础可能为包括大黄酸、大黄素、马鞭中苷、毛蕊花糖苷、松脂素-β-D-葡萄糖苷、连翘酯苷A、虎杖苷等在内的14个化合物。
