| 摘 要： | 目的:观察MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:运用蒙医MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪替代传统蒙医温针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,并与蒙医银针、蒙医传统温针进行对比。结果:MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪组与蒙医传统温针组的疗效均优于蒙医银针组。MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪组与蒙医传统温针组比较疗效无显著性差异。结论:MYL-I蒙医疗术温针仪可以完全替代蒙医传统温针疗法,且安全性优于蒙医传统温针疗法,同时具有操作简单、温度可调、无烟、副作用少等特点,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Object:turn out the Curative effect of Mogolian Medical therapy warm-acupunture instrument to tveat knee-joint osteoarthritis.Method:to use MYL-I Mogolian Medical therapy warm-acupunture instrument instead of traditional Mogolian Medical warm-acupunture,treat Knee-joint osteoarthritis,and compare with Mogolian Medical Silver Needle Yrup and Mogolian Medical traditional warm-acupunture.Resuct:MYL-I Mogolian Medical Therapy warm-acupunture and Mogolian Medical traditional warm-acupunture won Mogolian Medical Silver Needle,Compar with MYL-I Mogolian Medical therapy warm-acupunture instrument and Mogolian Medical traditional warm-acupunture group curative effect,is not differeaces between them.Conclusion:MYL-I Mogolian Medical therapy warm-acupunture instrument can instead of Mogolian Medical traditional warm-acupunture safeity,and safety,easy to operate. |
