24h动态血压监测评价卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者的降压效应

目的 :评价卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者的降压效应。方法 :选择我科 2 0 0 3年 7月至 2 0 0 4年 1月住院的原发性高血压患者 4 2例 ,行首次 2 4 h动态血压监测后开始服用卡维地洛 ,初始剂量为 12 .5 mg,每日口服 1次。治疗开始后每日服药前测卧位血压 1次 ,若血压控制不满意 ,可根据病情增加剂量。 4周结束时重复行 2 4 h动态血压监测。治疗前和治疗 4周结束时行血、尿常规、肝肾功能、血脂、血电解质、空腹血糖等检查。结果 :经 4周卡维地洛治疗后 ,显效 37例 (88.10 % ) ,有效 4例 (9.5 2 % ) ,无效 1例 (2 .38% ) ,总有效率 (97.6 2 % )。治疗后患者平均收缩压(SBP)、平均舒张压 (DBP)谷峰比值分别为 6 3%和 6 5 %。结论 :本观察发现卡维地洛降压疗效确切 ,有效率为 97.6 2% ,有满意的谷 /峰比值 ,副作用少 ,是一种很有前途的新型抗高血压药物。

The Efficacy of Carvedilol in Primary Hypertenson Assessed by Twenty-four Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Montoring

Objective To assess the antihypertensive efficacy of carvedilol.Methods choseforty-two hypertension patients who admitted our division during July 2003~Jan.2004.Took orallycarvedilol after tested ABPM(Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring). The initials dosage was 12.5 mg one time a day.Before took orally Carvedilo1 every day, tested blood pressure one time after treatment Was begun.If blood pressure was still high the dosage could be added.After four weeks tested ABPMagain.It is performed that blood routine examination,hepatic function,renal function,blood electrolure,blood lipoprotein,blood sugar on an empty stomach on pretreatment,and four weeks after treatment.Results After four weeks treatment,the marked effective rate was 88.10 %,the effective rate was 9.52 %,the inefficiency rate was 2.38 %.The total effective rate wsa 97.62 %.After treatment the rate of ravine/cusp of SBPand DBP was 63 % and 65 %.Conclusion The antihypertensive efficacy of carvedilol is a new type depressor.
