腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术20例分析

目的探讨腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术的手术技巧和临床疗效。方法总结我科2006年1月至2007年4月经腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术的20例患者,对其手术技巧、手术时间、手术并发症及手术成功率进行分析。结果本组手术成功19例,其中1例中转开腹。术后出现胆漏2例,均经引流治愈,无手术死亡。肝内残余结石1例,后经T管窦道碎石取出。结论腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术安全可行,病人恢复快,效果好,值得临床推广。

Analysis of 20 cases with laparoscopic choledocholithotomy

Objective To explore the surgical skills and clinic effect of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy. Methods From January 2006 to Noermber2007, 20 cases received laparoscopic choledocholithotomy were summarized retrospectively. And the surgical skills, operative time,operative complications and operative success rates were analyzed. Results In this group, 19 cases underwent operation successfully and 1 case was transferred to open abdominal operation. Bile leakage was happened in 2 cases after operaion, and they were cured after drainage. Residual stone of intrahepatic duct was found in 1 case and it was removed through lithotripsy of T tube sinus. No operative death was found. Conclusion laparoscopic choledocholithotomy is safe and feasible, It has advantages of good efficiency and quick recovery.
