From little acorns – 20 years of the RCN Society of Orthopaedic and Trauma Nursing

This article describes the rise and development of orthopaedic nursing in the UK. It also recalls the last 20 years of achievements by the Royal College of Nursing Society of Orthopaedic and Trauma Nursing (SOTN). This article is an adaptation of a paper presented at the SOTN annual conference in 2006.
