| 摘 要： | 目的了解支气管异常黏膜组织是否存在肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A(SP-A)的异常表达。方法支气管镜下钳取异常组织黏膜34例,用SP免疫组织化学方法检测SP-A的表达,同时标本行光镜病理学检查。结果(+++)8例(炎症8例);(++)10例(炎症2例,鳞癌8例);(+)6例(均为中分化鳞癌);(-)10例(小细胞癌8例,低分化鳞癌2例)。结论SP-A可能有助支气管黏膜炎症与高恶度肿瘤组织的鉴别。 |
