| 摘 要： | 总结国内居民健康卡应用状况，分析四川省卫生计生机构信息卡使用现状，对建设全省居民健康卡注册和应用管理系统需求进行探讨，在此基础上进行系统设计，系统于2013年开始在四川雅安和绵阳两市使用，取得一定应用效果。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the domestic application status of residents health card, analyzes current information card application status in health and family planning institutions in Sichuan province, discusses then demands of constructing provincial residents health card registration and application management system, then it carries out system design based on the above. The system is utilized in Yaan and Mianyang in Sichuan province from 2013, and achieved a certain effect. |
