| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在子宫切口妊娠的应用价值。方法:对2011年2月至2013年4月间在我院就诊的子宫切口妊娠39例进行子宫动脉栓塞术,并对临床资料进行分析。结果:子宫动脉栓塞术成功率100%,清宫术出血量约15~20 m L,无其他相关并发症出现。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术用于切口妊娠安全、有效。

Value of uterine artery embolization in patients with cesarean scar preg-nancy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of uterine artery embolization in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:Between February 201 1 and April 2013,39 consecutive patients with cesarean scar pregnancy underwent uterine artery embolization, and clinical data were analyzed retrospectivly.Results:Uterine artery embolization was performed by transfemoral arterial catheterization in all cases successfully.Optimal artificial abortion was achieved with little vaginal bleeding,and no severe complications were ob-served in all cases.Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy is a safe and effective method. |
