摘 要: | 目的:探讨雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)及孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)在分化型甲状腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取无锡第四人民医院病理科存档的甲状腺肿瘤标本98例为研究对象,采用免疫组化SP法检测98例甲状腺肿瘤中ER及PR的表达,并分析两者在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)及甲状腺滤泡癌(follicular thyroid carcinoma,FTC)组织中的相关性。结果:ER和PR在PTC及FTC组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);ER、PR在PTC及FTC组织中的表达均与性别、年龄密切相关(P<0.01)。ER、PR在PTC及FTC组织中的表达均呈显著正相关性(r=0.025,P=0.018;r=0.278,P=0.035)。结论:甲状腺肿瘤组织中ER及PR的表达可作为鉴别良恶性肿瘤的参考指标。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of estrogen receptor (ER)and progesterone receptor (PR)in differentiated thyroid carcinoma tissue.Methods:A total of 98 samples with thyroid tumors archived in Department of Patholo-gy in The Fourth People’s Hospital of Wuxi were selected as research objects.The expression of ER and PR in the thyroid tumor tis-sues was respectively detected using immunohistochemical SP method,and their correlations in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC)and follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC)tissues were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of ER and PR in PTC and FTC tissues were dramatically higher than in thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter tissues,with statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).The positive expression rates of ER and PR in the patients with PTC and <45 years old were also higher than in those ≥45 years old,and significant difference was presented (P <0.01 ).The expressions of ER and PR in PTC and FTC tissues had significantly positive cor-relations (r =0.025,P =0.018;r =0.278,P =0.035 ).Conclusion:The expression of ER and PR in thyroid tumor tissue can be used as a reference index in the identification of benign and malignant tumors. |
