自体骨髓移植治疗淋巴瘤的时机选择

本文报告用自体骨髓移植治疗11例晚期淋巴瘤,获得了良好效果。作者和文献认为,自体骨髓移植不仅是一种有效手段,而且有广泛的适应症。不失时机地用自体骨髓移植治疗淋巴瘤,可使部分晚期病例,获得长期缓解。

THE INDICATION OF AUTLOGOUS BONE MERROW TRANSPLANTATION IN ADVANCED LYMPHOMA

11 patients of advanced lymphoma were treated with autologous bone marrow transplatation(ABMT). There were 6 non--Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). 5 Hodgkin's disease (HD). 7males and 4 females. Aged 21--35 years. ANHL patient's bone marrow was infiltrated wity 40%tumor cells before treatment. The 11cases achieved complete remission for 10--60 months after the transtation up to date. 3 patients died. We advocated that the choice of right momedt of ABMT are performed as a initial therapy for NHL,as consolidation threapy in first complete remission and second complete remission. In addition,as a salvage threapy in responding disrase and as salvage therapy in refractory NHL.
