| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生活质量的影响。方法收集符合标准的患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,出院时比较两组患者护理后的生活质量,血氧饱和度及肺功能。结果实验组患者的血氧饱和度及各项肺功能指标均得到明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;其生活质量得到明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论有效的护理干预可改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者的肺功能,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 68 cases were divided into experimental group and control group. The usual care was applied in control group,and nursing intervention was applied in experimental group. The blood oxygen saturation, lung functions and the quality of life were assessed. Results compared with those values in control group, the blood oxygen saturation, lung functions and the qualities of life were in experimental group were improved obviously （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion the nursing intervention can promote the lung functions and the quality of life for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
