| 摘 要： | 目的 观察银杏总内酯对乙醇所致记忆障碍的作用。方法 乙醇一次给大鼠和小鼠ig和连续ig造成学习记忆功能障碍,采用Morris水迷宫法、电迷宫法和避暗法测试学习记忆的功能。结果 银杏总内酯中剂量组可预防一次性乙醇ig所致的大鼠空间辨别障碍;银杏总内酯中剂量组可治疗连续乙醇ig所致的小鼠空间辨别障碍和记忆获得障碍。结论 银杏总内酯可防治急、慢性乙醇中毒所致的学习记忆功能减退。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of total lactones of ginkgo on learning and memory disorder induced by ethanol.Methods: The memory impairment was induced by ethanol in mice or rats only once or continuously for 30 days.The Morris water maze,"Y"maze,and step through methods were used to test the function of leaning and memory.Results: Total lactones of ginkgo could prevent the impairments of spatial learning ability induced by ethanol given only once in rats.Total lactones of ginkgo could promote spatial learning ability and memory acquisition impaired by ethanol given continuously in mice.Conclusion: Total lactones of ginkgo can prevent and treat the memory disorder in acute and chronic ethanol intoxication. |
