前后入路一次性手术治疗严重颈椎管狭窄症

目的：讨论前后入路一次性手术治疗严重颈椎管狭窄症的手术方法和意义。方法：采用后路双开门椎管盛开有和前路长梯形减压植骨的联合术式，介绍了该手术的优点和提高手术安全性的几点体会。结果：２５例中２３例皮肤感觉改善和四肢肌力提高，未出现植骨块滑脱或骨不连等合并症具有减压彻底和术后恢复快的特点。结论：本术式是治疗严重颈椎管狭窄症的一种有效手术方法。

Anterior and posterior approaches in one stage operation for treatment of severe cervical canal stenosis

Objectives:The authors discussed the procedure and the clinical significance of a one stage operation accomplished through anterior and posterior routes for the treatment of severe cervieal canal stenosis.Methods:The posterior route was carried out first and by this route lamina plasty was done.Then the anterior approach was executed with the purpose of decompressing and making a long trapezoid bone trough for implant of bone graft.The advantage of this procedure and our experience in increasing surgical safty and improving the results were introduced.Results:25 patients underwent the operation.After operation 23 patient's skin sensation showed improvement and limb muscle strength elevated.There was no sliding of bone graft and non union.This operation had the feature of thorough decompression and rapid recovery.Conclusions:This procedure is one of the effective operative methods in the treatment of severe cervical canal stenosis.
