| 摘 要： | 目的: 介绍静脉药物调配中心(PIVAs)对临床安全使用细胞毒性药物的作用。方法: 查阅近年来相关文献及药品说明书,同时结合医院PIVAs的实际情况,对在细胞毒性药物的质量稳定性、临床用药的合理性、医护人员的职业防护等方面进行了经验总结。结果: PIVAs的建立,对细胞毒性药物合理、安全使用具有显著性优势,同时促进了医院药学的发展。结论: PIVAs的建立为医院药学发展提供了新的机遇,加强医生、药师、护士之间的沟通与合作,促进了临床药学的发展,值得推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To introduce role of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAs) for safe use of cytotoxic drugs.METHODS Relevant literatures and instructions in recent years were reviewed, actual situations of our hospital PIVAs were combined. Quality and stability of cytotoxic drugs, rational clinical use of drugs, as well as protection and other aspects of occupational health care were all summarized.RESULTS PIVAs had significant advantages for reasonable and safe use of cytotoxic drugs, and could promote development of hospital pharmacy.CONCLUSION PIVAs is worth promoting. It provides new opportunities for development of hospital pharmacy, strengthens communication and cooperation between doctors, pharmacists and nurses, and promotes development of clinical pharmacy. |
