不同浓度含氟涂料对预防儿童乳牙龋的疗效研究

目的 观察不同浓度含氟涂料对预防儿童乳牙龋的疗效。方法 对我市180名儿童进行儿童乳牙龋预防研究，随机分三组，观察组A组60例，给予0.5%含氟涂料涂擦，1次/6个月，共2年;观察组B组60例，给予0.1%含氟涂料涂擦;对照组60例使用生理盐水。两年后复查比较试验前后各组患龋发生率、龋面积及新增龋面积。结果 试验前3组患龋率，dmfs以及dmft基线对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，经过两年治疗后，观察A组及观察B组新增患龋率、dmfs和dmft均低于对照组，其中观察A组新增患龋率、dmfs及dmft均显著低于观察B组和对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 含氟涂料可有效预防儿童乳牙龋，其中浓度0.5%含氟涂料效果最佳，可适用于临床推广。

Efficacy study on different concentrations of fluorine-containingcoating on prevention of caries in deciduous teeth

Objective To compare the effect of different concentrations of fluorine-containing coating for the prevention of child deciduous caries.Methods 180 children were divided into three groups randomly to prevent primary caries.Group A of 60 patients were treated with 0.5% fluorine-containing coating rubbed,1/6 months for 2 years,and group B of 60 patients were received 0.1% fluorine-containing coating rubbed,and the control group of 60 patients were given saline.The incidence of caries,caries area and the new increased was compared with the three group two years after the treatment.Results Before the test,the caries prevalence,dmfs as well as dmfs baseline among the three groups were no significant difference(P＞0.05),while after two years of treatment,new caries prevalence,dmfs and the baseline in groups A and B were lower than control group,and group A were significantly lower than the group B and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The fluorine-containing coating can be effective in preventing child deciduous teeth,wherein the concentration of 0.5% fluorine-containing coating is best and applicable to clinical practice.
