大株红景天注射液治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效

目的观察大株红景天注射液治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。 方法选择2015年1月至2015年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院急救中心住院治疗的65例急性百草枯中毒患者，根据大株红景天注射液使用情况随机分为大株红景天组35例和常规治疗组30例，观察各组患者脏器损伤情况及预后。 结果大株红景天组与常规治疗组相比，肺纤维化例数(8 vs 14)，心肌损伤例数(2 vs 8)明显减少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；28 d死亡例数(6 vs 10)，差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论大株红景天注射可改善急性百草枯中毒患者的肺损伤和心肌损伤。

Clinical efficacy of sofren injection on treating patients with acute paraquat poisoning

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of sofren injection in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. MethodsSixty-five patients with acute paraquat poisoning from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected from January 2014 to May 2014. These patients were voluntarily divided into 2 groups, one of which was treated with sofren injection and regular therapy (sofren group, n=35) while other was treated with regular therapy(regular group, n=30). Thechanges of lung, liver, kidneyas well as cardiovascularfunctions damaged by the toxic were observed. ResultsSofren group compared with the conventional treatment group, the number of cases of pulmonary fibrosis(8∶14), myocardial injury cases(2∶8)decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 28 d death cases(6∶10), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). ConclusionSofren injection can improve the acute lung and myocardial injury in patients with paraquatpoisoning.
