摘    要:
目的:分离鉴定平卧菊三七乙醇提取物所含绿原酸类成分,并用一测多评法建立其质量标准。方法:用制备型高效液相色谱法分离平卧菊三七中单体成分,利用液质联用、核磁共振法鉴定其结构。建立能准确测定其成分含量的HPLC方法,在此基础上,以绿原酸为对照,计算相对校正因子,建立"一测多评"法。结果:从平卧菊三七中分离纯化新绿原酸、绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B和异绿原酸C。相对校正因子的耐用性良好,一测多评法与外标法对比结果无显著差异。结论:异绿原酸A、B和C首次从本属植物中分离,所建立的含量测定方法可用于同时测定平卧菊三七提取物中5种绿原酸类成分。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of Gynura procumbens(lour.) Merr ethanol extract(GPEE) and to determine chlorogenic acids by quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single marker(QAMS).METHODS Chemical constituents of GPEE were studied by preparative HPLC. These compounds were identified by analysis of spectral data and chemical properties. Meanwhile, GPEE was analyzed by external standard method(ESM) and QAMS, respectively. Chlorogenic acid was used as an internal reference to calculate relative correction factors of four compounds.RESULTS Neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A, B and C were identified in GPEE. Ruggedness of relative correction factors was good. And analytical results calculated by ESM and QAMS showed no difference. CONCLUSION Isochlorogenic acid A, B and C can be isolated from this genus for the first time. Quantitative method established is suitable for quality evaluation of GPEE.
