内科护理心理性胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病患者护理干预效果

目的 分析2型糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的原因,通过针对性的护理干预,提高患者胰岛素治疗的依从性。 方法 选取心理性胰岛素抵抗的2型糖尿病患者38例,分析患者拒绝治疗的原因后,针对性地进行护理干预。 结果 23例患者住院时、出院后均能接受胰岛素治疗,10例患者住院时接受胰岛素治疗,但拒绝出院后应用胰岛素治疗;5例患者拒绝应用胰岛素治疗。 结论 对心理性胰岛素抵抗的2型糖尿病患者进行针对性的护理干预,可提高患者对胰岛素治疗的依从性。

Effect of nursing intervention on psychological insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the causes of psychological insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients and to give targeted psychological intervention, so as to improve patients′ compliance to insulin therapy. Methods Thirty-eight type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with psychological insulin resistance were analyzed to find out their reasons for resistance, and followed by targeted nursing intervention. Results After psychological intervention, 23 patients were willing to accept insulin therapy in hospital and after discharge. 10 patients agreed to accept the therapy in hospital but not after discharge. And still 5 patients refused the treatment all the time. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing improve the compliance of insulin therapy, so as to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
