复方扶芳藤合剂对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究复方扶芳藤合剂对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠体内抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将72只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、Vit E阳性对照组、复方扶芳藤合剂低、中、高剂量组。连续给药灌胃8周后,检测脑、肾、心组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量及脑组织中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等抗氧化相关指标。结果:复方扶芳藤合剂可以显著降低丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力,并增强脑组织的总抗氧化能力。结论:复方扶芳藤合剂可以提高D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study effects of compound Fufangteng Mixture(FFH) on antioxidation capacity of aged model mice induced by D-galactose. METHODS Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group, aging model group, vitamin E positive control group, high, middle and low dose FFH groups. Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents were determined in brain, kidney and heart tissues after medication for eight weeks. Total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in brain tissue was also collected. RESULTS FFH could significantly improve activities of SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC and decrease content of MDA. CONCLUSION Compound Fufangteng Mixture can enhance antioxidant capacity of aged model mice induced by D-galactose.
