| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率及死亡率逐年升高，手术治疗是目前治疗结直肠癌最有效的方法，但术后吻合口瘘依然是结直肠癌患者最常见、最严重的并发症之一。笔者对国内外关于结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘的研究做相关综述，以期能降低吻合口瘘的发生率。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system, its morbidity and mortality rate is increasing year by year. The operation therapy is currently the most effective method of colorectal cancer, but the anastomotic leakage remains one of the most common and serious complications after colorectal cancer surgery. We review the domestic and international studies on the anastomotic leakage in patients after colorectal cancer surgery, and expect to reduce the occurrence rate of anastomotic leakage. |
