红外线照射骨性关节炎模型大鼠疗效分析

摘    要:目的 以大鼠为实验对象研究红外线照射治疗骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 选择成年大鼠72只,根据不同的红外线照射时间将其分为3组,每组又分别设置空白对照组、模型对照组和实验组,并在光学显微镜下观察其病理变化。结果 照射组的软骨病理变化评分及软骨细胞病理变化评分均低于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外照射组与对照组比较,软骨细胞增生较明显,其数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 红外线照射治疗能够延缓骨性关节炎的关节软骨病理变化,具有一定的预防和治疗作用,在延长红外线照射时间的情况下能够明显提高疗效,这证明红外线治疗骨性关节炎具有一定的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective Purpose The present study investigated the therapeutic effect on osteoarthriti model rat by infrared radiation.Methods 28 adult rats were divided into three groups according to the different irradiation time of infrared radiation,and each group include blank control group,model control group and experiment group.The pathological changes were examined using microscope optique.Results Pathological changes score of cartilage and chondrocyte in experiment groups were less than control group,and the data differences in two groups has statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,chondrocyte has significant hyperplasia,and the data differences in two groups also has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pathological changes of articular cartilage of osteoarthritis can be postponed by infrared radiation,and the therapeutic effect is much better if the time of infrared radiation is prolong. It shows that infrared radiation has certain clinical significance for osteoarthritis.
