超声引导下Encor微创旋切术切除乳腺肿瘤应用分析

目的 探讨超声引导下Encor微创旋切术切除乳腺肿瘤的效果。方法 选取171例乳腺肿瘤患者,根据手术方式分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予超声引导下Encor微创旋切术切除,对照组给予开放手术,比较两组患者出血量、手术时间、愈合时间、瘢痕长度、并发症发生情况及对手术治疗效果的满意度。结果 实验组患者出血量、术后并发症显著少于对照组患者,且手术时间、愈合时间以及恢复后瘢痕长度较对照组患者显著缩短,实验组患者对手术治疗满意率较对照组患者显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 超声引导下Encor微创旋切术切除乳腺肿瘤可有效减少手术时间、术中出血量,减少愈合时间、降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后的康复,同时可显著提高患者对于治疗效果的满意度。

Application analyzing ultrasound-guided minimally invasivebiopsy of breast tumor resection

Objective To discussion the effect of minimally invasive biopsy technique guided by ultrasound removal of the breast tumor.Methods 171 cases of breast cancer patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the surgical approach.Experimental group were treated with ultrasound guided minimally invasive biopsy encor resection and the control group with open surgery.Amount of bleeding,surgery time,healing time,scar length,complications and satisfaction with surgical treatment occurs were compared between the two groups.Results Amount of bleeding and postoperative complications of patients in the experimental group were significantly less than the control group,and operation time, healing time and scar length after recovery of the control group were significantly reduced than the experimental group.Patient satisfaction rate for surgical treatment increased significantly than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Encor surgery minimally invasive biopsy of breast tumor resection under the ultrasound guidance can effectively reduce the operation time,blood loss, healing time,the incidence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery,and that significantly improve patient satisfaction for treatment degree.
