保元排毒丸高效液相指纹图谱的研究

目的:研究并建立保元排毒丸的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Merck C₁₈色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml·min^-1,检测波长270 nm,建立了保元排毒丸的指纹图谱,并对10个批次的保元排毒丸进行了检测。结果:10个批次保元排毒丸的指纹图谱相似度较高,并且利用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件"生成了保元排毒丸的对照指纹图谱,共有17个色谱峰,各色谱峰的分离较好,符合指纹图谱检测要求。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于保元排毒丸的质量控制。

Study on HPLC fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu Pill

OBJECTIVE To study and establish fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu Pill by RP-HPLC.METHODS Fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were set up by using Merck C₁₈ as column and acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous in gradient as mobile phase. The flow rate was at 1 ml·min^-1, and detection wavelength at 270 nm. Total 10 batches of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were detected.RESULTS Different batches of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were of high similarities. Moreover, the standard fingerprints were separated very well under above chromatographic conditions, with good accuracy, stability and repeatability, satisfying requests of fingerprints. Baoyuan Paidu Pills were originated from "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation software", and 17 common peaks existed in the fingerprint. Different peaks were separated well.CONCLUSION RP-HPLC fingerprint analysis is specific and may serve for quality control and comprehensive evaluation of Baoyuan Paidu Pills.
