摘    要:目的:探讨红景天与乙酰唑胺对进驻高原青年睡眠剥夺及亚极量运动心率的影响;方法:将进驻海拔3700m一个月的24名健康青年随机分为3组,每组8人,让受试者用EGM型踏车功量机做坐位踏车运动,初始负荷功率25W,每3min递增25W,直到力竭,用直线回归法计算每位受试者负荷功率90W时运动心率(HR90W),第二次实验为24h睡眠剥夺后;第三次实验为3组受试者分别口服三普红景天、乙酰唑胺和安慰剂20d后;第四次实验为服药后24h睡眠剥夺后,实验方法与第一次相同。结果:红景天组和乙酰唑胺组服药后与服药后睡眠剥夺后HR90W较服药前、睡眠剥夺后及对照组明显降低,差异非常显著(P<0.01),但乙酰唑胺对人体有不良反应。结论:三普红景天与乙酰唑胺均能改善高原移居青年的肺通气及提高做功效率,三普红景天优于乙酰唑胺。

Abstract:To study the effect of rhodiola and acetazolamide on heart rate during sleep deprivation and submaximal exercise in healthy young men living at 3 700m altilude for 1 month.Methods:24 subjects were randomly divided into rhodiola group, acetazolamide group and placebo group, and constantly pedaled the EGM efficiency-bicycle (initial load 25W, increase progressively 50W per 3 min to exhaustion), to calculated their exercise heart rate at 90W (HR 90W ) after depriving sleep for 24 hours and after taking medicine for 20 days.Results:As compared with placebo group and before taking medicine or depriviug sleep, the HR 90W was decrease significantly in rhodiola group and acetazolamide group after taking medicine for 20 days or after depriving sleep for 24 hours (P<0.01).Conclusion:Both rhodiola and acetazolamide can improve the pulmonary ventilation and work efficiency at high altitude, and rhodiola have an slightly advantage over acetazolamide.
