| 摘 要： | 目的快速、准确检测血液乙醇含量。方法采用气相色谱法(样品不经前处理,直接进样)检测血液乙醇含量。结果乙醇线性范围0～188.7mg/100mL内相关系数r=0.9998,变异系数为小于3%,回收率97.9%～102.4%。结论气相色谱法操作简单、灵敏度高、用样量少、精密度、回收率、重现性均得到满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Objective For detecting the ethanol content in blood accurately and guickly.Methods Gas chromatography(simples without pre-treatment and injecting directly).Results When linearity range of ethanol is between 0-188.73mg/100ml,the R is 0.9998,the coefficient of variation(CV) is less than 3% and the ratio of recycling is between 97.9-102.4%.Conclusion The method is simple to be operated,and of high sensitivity and few samples can be done.It also can obtain the precisd,results and it is also of recycling and re... |
