组织工程骨提升上颌窦后与种植体骨整合观察

摘    要:目的 研究冻干骨支架与骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs)复合的组织工程骨进行实验犬上颌窦提升种植体植入后的骨整合情况。方法 应用冻干骨支架与BMSCs复合的组织工程复合物进行实验犬上颌窦提升,分别于即刻和术后3个月(对照)植入种植体,种植体植入3个月后通过大体标本、X线及硬组织切片观察骨整合情况。结果 3个月后即刻种植组和对照组的种植体大体标本、X线及硬组织切片均可见种植体周围包绕着致密的骨组织,未观察到任何间隙和结缔组织长入,种植体与人工骨整合良好,两组间未见明显差别。结论 冻干骨支架与BMSCs复合的组织工程复合物进行实验犬上颌窦提升后植入种植体,即刻与延期植入的种植体均可以与组织工程人工骨发生骨整合,效果良好。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the implant osseointegration in experiment canine after maxillary sinus floor augementation was performed with tissue-engineered bone of combinating bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) with freeze-dried demineralized bone matrix (fdDBM). Methods X-ray radiograph of specimen and hard tissue slice were obtained 3-month after implanting operations, which performed sinus floor augementation immediately and 3-month later respectively. Results Both x-ray radiographs and tissue slice showed compact bone in contact with the implant surface without any gaps or connectivetissue formation. Acceptable osseointegration without significant difference was established in immediately implant and 3-month delayed implant operation groups. Conclusions Good osseointegration can be obtained either immediately or delayed implant tissue-engineered bone of combinating BMSCs with fdDBM in sinus augementation.
