| 摘 要： | 对１０５例绝经前后妇女测定了血清总胆固醇，甘油三酯，高密度脂蛋白，低密度脂蛋白及促卵泡成熟激素，黄体生成激素，雌二醇，睾酮，泌乳素５种性激素。结果显示：绝经后妇女有血总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白的明显增高，高密度脂蛋白下降，ＨＬＤ／ＬＤＬ比值降低，雌二醇和睾酮明显下降，泌浮素有下降趋势，但变化不显著，促卵泡成熟激素和黄体生成激素较正常对照组上升约４－５倍。 |

The Relationship between Iipids Metabolism and Sex Hormone in Postmenopausal |

| Abstract: | lasma Cholesterol(TC),triglyceridle(TG),HDL,LDL and follicle-Stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteal hormone(LH),estradiol(E_2),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL)were determined in 105 Cases of Peri-menopausal women. The results show that serum TC,LDL increased and HDL. HDL/LDL decreased.E_2 and T decreased sharply.PRL just had a tendency to decline but not distinctly.FSH and LH increased about 4-5times with was before menopause. It was suggested that the postmenopausal changes of plasma lipids metabolism are related to the decrease of estradiol. Estrogenic hormones replacrnent therapy can changed no factor. |
