| 摘 要： | 目的：观察金水宝治疗慢性肾功能不全（CRF）的疗效。方法：将30例患者随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和金水宝治疗组（治疗组），两组疗程均为8周，观察治疗后患者尿蛋白、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素（BUN）氮浓度及检查心电图、血常规、肝功能、电解质。结果：治疗组患者尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮治疗8周后明显下降（P〈0．05），有统计学意义，心电图、血常规、肝功能、电解质治疗后无明显异常。结论：金水宝治疗慢性肾功能不全有较好的疗效．且安全性良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Jinshuibao Capsules for chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: 30 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups :control group and treatment group(treatment with Jinshuibao Capsules).Three biochemical indexes(24-hour urine protein,Scr and BUN)were compared before and after 8 weeks.Results:After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein and the plasma levels of Scr and BUN were lower than before in treatment group.There was significant difference before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment in treatment groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jinshuibao Capsules has a good curative effect on CRF. |
