栽培和野生玉竹的形态学比较鉴别

摘    要:
本文报道栽培玉竹和野生玉竹的性状与显微特征,并用紫外分光光度法对玉竹多糖进行了含量测定.结果表明,栽培和野生玉竹在性状、显微上区别明显,多糖的含量野生玉竹为9.67%,栽培玉竹为8.05%.野生玉竹多糖含量明显高于栽培玉竹.
