| 摘 要： | 蛋白尿是肾脏疾病最常见的临床症状之一,大量蛋白尿会引起肾小球基底膜增厚、系膜基质增加而致肾小球硬化,最终出现肾功能衰竭。临床表现多种多样如:水肿、血尿、高血压、肾功能损害等,多属于中医的尿浊、腰痛、水肿、尿血、眩晕、虚劳等病症的范畴。中医予以益气健脾,补肾固涩,疏肝理气,辛凉解表,辛温解表,清热利湿,活血化瘀治疗。
